Friday & Saturday | 10am – 7:30pm (open later for walk-ins) – Kitchen closes 9pm – Bar closes 10:30pm

Peak season: Kitchen closes 9pm. Bar closes 10:30pm

By Road

From the A338 Wessex Way follow the brown signs to the beaches or BIC.


The closest pay and display car parks are just a few minutes walk to Key West. Bournemouth Borough Council have a webpage which lists the local car parks. The closest car parks are: Bath Road North & South Car Parks – 0.2 miles, BIC Car Park – 0.2 miles, Winter Gardens Car Park – 0.3 miles, Beacon Road Car Park – 0.3 Miles, Eden Glen Car Park – 0.3 Miles.

By Bus

There a network of local buses that service the area with a bus stop by Hot Rocks, a short two minute walk from Key West. The Yellow Buses website has a helpful Plan Your Journey page.

By Coach

Coaches can drop passengers off in the turning area next to the BIC, a short two minute walk from Key West.

By Rail

Bournemouth Pier is flat and accessible by wheelchairs. The main entrance to Key West Bar & Grill is on ground level and has a small ramp and wide double doors.

Toilets are on the ground floor and there is also a disabled toilet located on the East side of the pier. Baby changing facilities are available.

Dogs are allowed in Key West Bar & Grill and on the Key West Bar & Grill terrace area. All dogs should be kept on leads at all times. Water bowls are provided on request.
